Volume Discounts:

For long term contract customers (at least six months duration), we offer discount pricing of our normal shift rate as follows:

Six Month Contract of 5 Shifts/Month (Min) ……..5% Discount after associated with a 6 month contract.

Twelve Month Contract of 5 Shifts/Month (Min) …8% Discount after associated with a 12 month contract.

Billing of the discounted pricing is submitted on a monthly basis.

Special Rate for TSS Preferred Customers:

TSS experiences last minute cancellations and unforeseen schedule changes. We would like to offer our preferred customers this test time at a "special discount" of 20% off our normal published rate.This offer will apply only to shift time that was previously booked in our schedule and has become available within the next seven calendar days.Call the lab phone listed below for specific dates and times available at our locations in Milford and Westborough as these situations change on a daily basis.

Pickup/Delivery:

Transportation to/from the laboratory is provided by the customer.

Time Share:

Long Term Contract Customers are allowed time share arrangements with us whereby scheduled shifts that are canceled by the customer may be rescheduled at no charge under certain conditions involving the cancellation. Contact us for details.
